FAQ Welcome to our FAQ section. Here you can find answers to commonly asked questions about our RV Park. We want to make sure you have all the information you need for a pleasant stay with us. Are there full utility hook ups? Yes, all of our sites are full hook ups. Including water, sewer and electric. Is Electrical Included? Yes, electricity is included in the rate at all sites. All sites are 50 amps. Do You Offer Long Term? We do, we offer a monthly rate for those that do not know their exact length of stay. What is Your Cancelation Policy? For reservations under 30 days in length: Cancelations prior to 48 hours to reservation results in 25% refund. Cancelations within 48 hours of reservations results in 50% refund. Cancelations within 24 hours of reservations result in no refund. What Rental Rates are Offered? Rates are by day, week or 30-day period and must be paid in advance. We accept debit/credit cards and Venmo. No personal checks or cash accepted. Minimum stay two nights.
